Available destinations, carriers and the exact shipping charge are displayed in Shopify Checkout before payment.
Preparation and delivery time
The estimated delivery window is displayed or communicated with the order confirmation. Unless another date is agreed, the order will be delivered no later than 30 days after the order is concluded.
Tracking
When tracking is available, the link is sent to the email address used for the order.
Delivery issue
For a delayed, lost or damaged parcel, contact david@passionfruit.paris with the order number and photographs where relevant.
