Right of withdrawal

EU consumers may notify us that they wish to withdraw within 14 days from receipt of the order, subject to statutory exceptions.

How to request a return

1. Email david@passionfruit.paris before the period expires.
2. Include your name, order number and the item concerned.
3. Wait for the return address and practical instructions.
4. Send the item back within 14 days after notifying us.

Condition and costs

Return the item complete, clean and unworn, with accessories and original packaging where supplied. Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, direct return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Refund

Eligible payments are refunded using the original payment method. We may wait until the goods are returned or proof of dispatch is provided.
